anyone here know how to get back to normal economy after you have declared war time economy? I have been on war time economy for 40 turns now and would like to figure out how to build city improvements again. Thanks in advance

There should be a toggle button in the Domestic Advisor screen (F1), up near the government change button in the top right corner, IIRC.

To get your economy back to normal you have to be at peace. If you are not at war then you will have to start one and then sue for peace.

Doesn't anyone read the manual or check the civilopedia!!!!!
