Naval Crossing River Bug

This may have been reported by I have a sub in my capital attacking a destroyer and it is giving me a crossing river penalty. I have modded the rules but this shouldn't matter.

I've never attacked from that position before, but I have attacked a city from the position of that destroyer, and had the river penalty applied to my land units (in addition to the amphibious assault penalty).

I'd definitely call it a bug, especially in your case.

I have another river bug, if you look on my thread about the keshik. Where the river penalty does not incur if you "charge" from 2 tiles away.

Maybe they need a river patch.
