germany is Nazism, Italy is Fascism.

so why is Fascism used to describe Germany, and not Nazism?

Nazism is same as Fascism, but why is Fascism getting bigger publicity than Nazism?

Nazi is the fascist party in Germany. Nazi is the abreviation for 'national socialist' in german.
Therefore, there is no such thing as 'Nazism', only Fascism.

As Veteranewbie told, Nazi is the abbreviation for 'NAtionalsoZIalist': a member of the german national socialist party.

The word 'Nationalsozialismus' is often used synonymic for the german Fascism. The abbreviation 'Nazism' is not.
