The truth is that I undertook those sabotages personally. As events have surely validated, I feared a COBRA attack.
Second, we were beginning a union with AQUA. Given the troubles that the COBRA army has undertook I am willing to hand over $4 for it, but surely it should be handed over to AQUA forces?

There's this cool thing where you can put a transferable object on a vehicle, and then DRIVE the vehicle to where your object's final destination is.

@qoou, would you consider joining up with Bestshot/Blue Ghost as a second commander? EDIT: it could be a temporary thing. You'd still have control of your own units. Its just that I'm reluctant to add another faction in the top-right corner if it has only 2 units, and no income
@Symph, the same thought occurred to be, but a little late. Up to that point I was having far too much fun editing the sprites and things. And actually, it was your arrival that started all this business
Of course its something that can't be undone now, I can only try to stop it being too unfair on any one player.

@sp1023, the actual map is just the plain colour backgrounds separated by a grid. Everything else, including all the units and explosions and text etc, is all individual 'floating' objects. More and more stuff has been added each turn
In the program I use, when you copy and paste something into the image, by default it becomes a new clickable object. You just have to click+hold+move the mouse to reposition things. Getting things in the right order behind/infront of each other is the tricky part. I work on the files in this other format, I just save as normal PNG's for posting.
I've never used Paint except in school years ago. Even my old Amiga 500+ computer came with a better paint +animation program, back in 1992! (I was very small then)

I am currently in my own negotiations with the JTLU and therefore decline merging with COBRA for now. I believe that I will be able to win them over to our side. In the meantime however I am willing to support COBRA with both $ and my units and am willing to engage in any COBRA ops.

After recovering files from the retreating Anarchist Elite unit, we now have evidence proving that the Anarchists were using the early parts of the war to extract artifacts that have been linked to horrible events in other nations. With this evidence, we plan to have Xolniu, whose location is known to SEF forces, arrested and tried for crimes against humanity. These artifacts, called Pylons, were one of the targets of the Shining Ones, but their destruction was avoided, and now rest in the hands of COBRA, Red, and the Dark Ones (which was under our control). These Pylons are in the process of releasing more dark forces upon this land, and must be stopped. We now order their destruction or deactivate by their Red and COBRA, the current holders of the Pylons. If either party do not dispose of their Pylon, the leaders responsible for their uses will be arrested and tried for war crimes and possible crimes against humanity along side Xolniu.
