Need help for a bug in my new civilization

each time I made a new civilization everything going good until I pass to Renaissance age and my game Crash .. I dont know why and each civilization I made do that,someone can help me with my issue ?

Follow this guide to enable logging: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=487482

Then launch the game, load your civ, and then close the game. Then go to Documents>my games>civ5>Logs>Database.txt, and paste everything there.

that usually means that you forgot to define spynames
