You don't want to use mipmaps, but I'd suggest using another program. Paint.NET (comes with DDS support) or Gimp (with DDS plugin) are free.

ok, but i use Photoshop for make my dds. thank you i going try this

Then download the Nvidia DDS plugin for Photoshop.
