Need help with adding leader backgrounds for alternative leaders

I just want to change the leader background and remove Cleopatra for a alternative leader for an existing civ.

I have spent the last day looking at tutorials like this but I can't get my civ to load in without crashing or not working.

I have attached my project document for this mod and my art assets. Can some one please look through it, quickly and tell me what I am doing wrong.
