Need help with this....(Random)

I'm doing a project and i can't seem to get the right name of this kind of display board. I've done a search on google and don't come up with anything. I know what it looks like.

Description- it's a display board, which is printed, with a diagram (Can be any diagram). Now this diagram seem to give an effect that the liquid is flowing or animated...but the liquid is in fact just going in a circle. If you look at a screw and hold it in your hand and twist it you would see it going around and around...giving you the impression that the screw is moving in a never-ending cycle.

The liquid flow is used mostly for powerstation display boards to show the Visitor how a powerstation works.

Another example would be with kid’s toys. A toy that looks like a gameboy. Now this toy has no animation what so ever. But the it gives the impression that things are moving in the game but really they are not.

So could you guys help find this type of display board?

The only type of display that comes to my mind is an LCD display, but your description seems more precise than that.

I think it sounds like animated OHP displays that I've seen. I've seen exactly what you are referring too but I'm not sure what they are called either.
