my game keeps commiting ileagal operations while i play and shuts down. whats wrong?

as of when does it happen??
when building a citi
when finishing a turn?
when loading the game?
....

My game crashes when the AI does something I do not like. I think it might have something to do with my foot coming in contact with the CPU

it usualy happens alittle before my turn ends or sometimes randomly
