ok so I find it weird that this big popular mod lacks any sort of premade maps because I hate playing a random ugly looking world. I know that the original FFH2 had some cool maps you could find, but all the modmods like FF and fall from erebus or smth dont have them.

I have actually downloaded like every freakin modmod of this crap just in hopes of seeing a premade map, but alas my effort was a waste.

How can you waste so much time on a mod big as these yet fail to produce a simple premade map for it?

if anyone can help me with finding a modmod that has maps please do so. In the meantime Iam downloading master of mana

also note that I found one "tamriel" premade map for FF which seemed awesome at first but then realized its so ******** that the creator probably never bothered to play it himself (basically, unless your illians, you will watch your empire die to barbarians from start because you cant make any defenses in your 50 starting cities, and even if you do they will dissapear due to upkeep strikes)

yeah sorry i was just frustrated after many hours worth of searching.
also, one could disagree that just by being "nice" people on a forum will be more inclined to give a few seconds of their time to help.

If i read someone posting what I had posted, i'd probably dislike the person as well. But if I had the same interest in playing only premade maps, and better yet even had a link to premade maps, I'd be happy posting it despite the snarkiness of the reciepient of my help.

snarky or not, i hope you guys do agree with me that a mod as great as FFH2 and all its submods deserve premade maps to go along with them. (iam aware there are scenerios for original FFH2)

the below link is a awesome "tamrie" map for FF 0.51. Only problem is that most civs arent actually playable due to a combination of upkeep costs and barbarians http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=451779

check the modmods section, there's some very nice scenarios. two huge maps with 19 civs, one with advanced start and 21 civs, a large map with all leaders and possibly others.

also check out ErebusContinent and WorldofErebus for high quality random maps. these generate highly realistic terrain and come with built in flavourful starts support.

I'll agree with you on the love for pre-settled maps, Artyom. Found any good ones besides the 21-Civ Erebus based on Nikis-Knight's original work? Are the Illians fun to play on Tamriel?

And as a gentle suggestion, I'd humbly agree with the guy who suggested toning down the snark a tad bit. You win more bees with honey than with vinegar, as they say. :)

Winning bees with honey? That's a bit twisted. "Do as I say, and I will return to you the nutrients you require to survive the winter."

Ah, but who says it's *their* honey. It could be honey pilfered from the next hive over. "Do as I say and your normally harsh winter will be a nonstop feast!"

That would win you bee friendship, no?
