Need some help finding music for CIV 4 & Warlords

Well the title almost says it all besides that i would like the music to fit the different era's and ofcourse the game's style and original music, i don't find the game original music bad in general but it gets to repetitive imo, so thanks in advance!

The only problem I have is with the modern music. And I've also heard it's not too easy to replace the music.

If there is an easy way to replace Civ IV's modern music with Civ III's let me know!
