Hello fellow moders and people alike.
Right now I'm currently developing a mod for a multi player earth map. I have added more then 18 civs with 2nd unique units but right now I have run into a snag with the development with the mod and I can only edit programs and add basic stuff (units, civs, techs). What I would like is to have the scenario earth map have leader selection.
Basically what I mean by this is Egypt starts in Egypt but you can choose between Hatty and Ramesses. China starts in China but you can choose between Qin and Mao. Now I have tried this with a clean map of Earth 18 but player 1 will always have to be Egypt, player 2 will have to be India. They could select any civ (since the map is clean with set locations of Earth 18 civs) but for historical accuracy they would start where the set locations are. Hence player 1 has to be Egypt etc...
To try and simplify this: it is fore multi player games where you can pick any of the 18 civs on the map and be able to choose any civ specific leader.
As far as I know this requires a mod because once you place a civ on a map it has a set leader.
