Need some help with Firetuner

I want to use Firetuner to edit rivers in an ongoing game. I have added the Worldbuilder panel and enabled River Placement but how do I "paint" rivers on the map?

Edit: Figured it out. You have to use strategic view to see the changes.

Yeah, it doesn't update the "main" map view until you save and then reload.
