Need someone's Civ4GameSpeedInfo.xml

So I tried the Gamespeed Tuner not realizing how old it was, and was stupid enough not to back up my Civ4GameSpeedInfo.xml file. Now, Civ won't start up and I don't have a working gamespeedinfo file to get it to work again. (The backup provided in the program's zip file doesn't work.)

Could someone with the latest version of Beyond the Sword upload theirs for me? It's the one located in Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Assets\XML\GameInfo. Thanks!

Moderator Action: Uploading an exact copy of the game file is considered piracy, since you are posting core game info for all to download. This site doesn't support piracy.

Is there a reason you can't do a reinstall? It will keep all saves intact...

Yeah, I'm actually missing all of my installation discs, so reinstallation isn't possible. I've also tried re-patching, but it doesn't recreate the file I need.

Sorry, I figured since someone posted the xml file (granted, an older one that I can't use) in the thread I linked without any issues, it would be okay to ask for someone to upload the current one. It's not like i'm asking for the entire game here, I just need this one little xml file. Similar files that would be considered "core game info" are included in mods and distributed all the time, even on this site.
