I have had over 24million gold since 100BC & I can't seem to get rid of it.

I want to get rid of it so I can finally start using the histograph to compare civs.

I've been buying every single thing possible My entire military (OVER 500 UNITS,120mechinf,150armr,80radarart,160Bships, etc...)& every single improvment in 30 cities has been bought straightup with gold.

Im now at 1850 & it's still stuck at 24million something.

I now turn to my civfanatic kind for help.....

btw, 2 my enemys have about 90,000 while the other shave over 160,000 Gold.

BUT THEY DONT USE IT at least if they would use it it would be worth giving it to them.

Perhaps you can give it to an enemy before killing him off?

I got the money by CHEATING lol.


I can get rid of a small potion of the money by giving it to an enemy b4 killing him, but I get most of it back after capturing/razing the city.

easy answer for your next cash cheating game, only give yourself the cash when you need it, that way you dont have ecessive pileups. I had the same problems when I was useing a trainer.BTW, I dont always cheat. I do however cheat when I am trying to figure out why things happen and how things react and how battles comeout.During my mod makeing I have come accross so many little quirks, not bugs but just quirks of how things happen, for example just restartung a game to see is the outcomes change or if war gets declared ect. I played 1 or cheat games and got really bored really fast as its basically pointless to cheat when playing aginst the computer on lower levels.

Thanks for your comments, the only thing is I can't give myself money whenever i want is because I use the "We Want 123123123 Gold Per Turn" cheat, that's still 123 MILLION :crazyeyes: LOL !!

I have to agree with the Republican, it sounds really boring. Plus I don't really understand why the histograph would make any difference to you if it's all a result of cheating. I mean, cheat if you want, doesn't bother me, but measuring your skill or progress isn't really possible unless you're playing straight up.

It is boring, but im trying to get a feel of what the harder difficulty levels are like, I can't play warlord forever.

with a truckload of gold, i can safely learn the comp .

The patch fixed this bug. So yes, he has to be playing pre-patch.

yeah I started the game waaay pre patch & kept playing it after the path, but I still have oceans of cash lol.

oh well, i got a lot better, finally figured out a looooot of things.

Hoya if you like, you could ask someone pre patch to send you a saved game around 3600bc with packs of cash.
