Negative unhappines from population.

Today I got negative unhappiness. How this is possible? (No mods)

It's probably just an oversight by the Dev team, it means the same exact thing

I think i found the reason. I realized this after i got forbidden palace. Probably it substracted %10 of unhappiness from "puppet population" from "population".
