A better translation is modern Nazism. A resurgence of a movement that was thought dead after WW2, but has undergone a renissance under extreme right xenophobes.

Nothing new, in fact until recently (and maybe still) there has been many Nazis from back then who survived and kinda laid low before becoming politically active and supporting todays nazis.

The term "Neo Nazi" is completely meaningless, theres nothing new about them, and people never stopped being A-holes.
For some reason only english speaking people use that term, In all other languages I know its simply Nazi.

It basically refers to someone who was not around during WW2 but adheres to the Nazi doctrine.

"Neo" nazis have a different ideology to your old fashioned, old style Nazi.
They also hate Arabs and Muslims, blacks, and some find Hitler to have been a fool to have engaged in war he couldn;t win.

Its ironic that those that claim to be Neo-Nazi's and promoting racial superiority are the complete opposite of the racially superior qualities Hitler promoted other than having a lighter pigment of skin.
