Matterhorn 25 (24+1) sure, there are bigger mountains, but this one is one of the most iconic in the world whose shape is recognized by many non-mountaineers. Something that not many mountains could say of themselves (sure some could: Machapuchare, Torres del Paine and Kaliash for example)
Mount Erebus 8 (11-3) I prefer other volcanoes - Vesuvius for example because of its historical impact.
