I just bought a brand new Dell, installed counter-strike fine. got to Civ4, and i guess i hit a glitch or something, but the install froze after i put in the second disc, i hit ctrl-alt del and closed it, went to try to reinstall it nothing.. the startup doesnt have a Reinstall option, there was no Uninstall option either. right now im going to try something. maybe open the CD, and try to manually start the install process??
EDIT: LOL this computer is almost too fast for me, cant even post a an error without fixing it in seconds lol. i got the installer up by going to "My Computer" then rightclicking o n the disc drive andf selecting explore, then clickin install. So far seems like it works.
Before i was using my moms computer a 1.8 Sempron with 512 ram,(just upgraded hers to 1 Gig) now i got my new computer so i'll finally be able to see the opening movie!!!(before it would play 2 seconds.. stop... play 2 seconds..stop...and so on
