An MTDGer has brought this to our attention. It is a new exploit that works like this:
1. Civ A and Civ B are at war. You have open borders with both.
2. You move a transport which is carrying a unit into Civ A's borders. You gift the transported unit to Civ A.
3. You then move the transport into a Civ B city. Civ A immediately captures the city.
I haven't been able to test this personally yet, although it sounds very serious. Can anyone test to confirm? We then can move on to writing up an amendment to the ruleset forbiding this action.
