I am also looking for some pre-play fun in those gameplays, music, sounds, quotes, graphics, which all look amazing etc.

If you don't have much time, for now, I would recommend "Gamespot 100 Rounds in 6 Minutes Gameplay". This is the only one I have watched so far. I will digest the rest later.

And it also may be worth to watch Firaxis stream today.

I enjoyed the Polygon playthrough. He plays for 52:00 or so, from the start (it only zoom-forwarded "20 minutes later" once; iirc).
There's also no narration, which I enjoy (visual learner, I guess). It seems like he was really pushing early military expansion, even took over one of Frances cities by the end.

The "simplicity" of the artstyle looks good once it's animated. Music is good, minimal for the most part... it didn't really seem specific to Brazil, so maybe a generic early game soundtrack.

Music will expand with the game/eras.

If you listen closely and if you have a general knowledge of Brazilian music, you can tell it sounds very Brazilian.

Also, in Lionheart's France gameplay, you can clearly hear (from about 6:00 onwards) Le Tourdion in the background, a French renaissance dance tune (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvjuv4IIKcU). All evidence points to civ-specific background music (which pleases me a lot! )

Holy Christ! Earning a promotion also does heal for 50hp! I'm sure that's what I saw at one of those Japan videos [th long one, 2+ hours]: he took a barb camp, earned a promotion [he chose the offensive one] and was insta healed!
