These are Super Cool!!!! You are a terrific texture maker! what do you say to adding 2-3 UU's per civ?? i bet you can make skins! Can you model?

I'm just a beginner at 3D models and and I've only done simple texture of a cube. I've left 3D to concentrate on 2D actually. You know, 5 months ago I didn't have even touched a graphic app. I will return to 3D but can't tell when for the moment. By the way, I'm not sure If I want to work on units, I'm more interested on buildings or equipements.

i like the coloring for neo liberalism, but im not sure how the outline will look in-game. could the red around the center be made more circular?

It was made to look like a ogive but it can be corrected with a new alphamask. It is not even made dds atm.
