New Leader Traits

I've thought of some new leader traits. Can you give me feedback on them? Are they balanced? I intend to add double speed for certain buildings but I don't know which ones will fit.

Assertive

Halved War Weariness
Halved Whip Anger Duration (Combined with Sacrificial Altar would grant no whip anger)

Scientific

+3 beakers per population point
+2 beakers per building

Persuasive

Can demand tribute without penalty (No "You made an arrogant demand")
No "Refuses to Talk" duration
+1 relations with every leader

That scientific trait has to be a joke. You'd be in space before 1000 AD every game! I was concerned that giving a single beaker per population point was way too strong!

I'm not sure how the Persuasive trait would operate with the game mechanics. Would this allow you to demand more tribute because others don't get angry? Or does it allow you to demand the same amount of tribute with everybody else staying at cautious relations instead of getting mad at you? With no refuse to talk durations, can you negotiate the end of a war the moment it is declared?

Oops, I meant something like 1 beaker per population. 3 beakers per pop would truly get you to space in 1000 AD :crazyeye:

Persuasive would be more like a "safety net" for weaker civs because you would be able to make peace quicker than if not persuasive. I wouldn't know how the AI would use it though, I should rethink that.
 
Assertive seems rather weak. I mean, Charismatic gives +2 happiness in all cities, but you usually only have 2-3 unhappiness form whipping. Plus, you're not going to stay in Slavery the entire game, are you?
