- The Internet provides Research Lab in all cities, not just on the continent
- Samurai shield cost reduced to 50
- Crusader shield cost reduced to 50
- Berserk shield cost reduced to 60
- Added a Civilopedia entry "About WildWeazel's Change Request" summarizing the mod

Bug fixes
- Fixed Navigation tech box position to avoid overlap

After much delay due to unrelated software compatibility issues, the new version is ready. I decided to drop the beta designation because the only actual bug I've found in my last Japan game through the mid industrial age was a tech box position which I've confirmed is fixed. There are still a few questions of balance relating to some of my changes, which are probably better addressed by having more people play it!
