    @Elhoim I'm confused, what is not savegame compatible? Is there a new version of the mod/dll fixing the ranged attack on city bug?

    I meant going back to an older version to continue my current game, I'd have to start anew. Or if I start a new game with the old version, I wouldn't be able to upgrade it to the new version once the bug is fixed.

    I believe so; if G merged it (which he did in the repository 3 hours ago), then yes it is.

    Should also contain fixes for a few edge case glitches (AI getting techs with No Science game option enabled, Production ancient ruins triggering when you have no cities).

    Thanks for the quick fix. CTD from missile units seems to be fixed for me.
    Not running VP only, so take with a grain of salt: I am missing Worker recommendations though. Settler & Leader (Citadel) recommendations are appearing.

    Are you testing? Keep in mind vassalage has to be unlocked via medieval era to work.

    Combat with Barbarians doesn't affect military skill rating, actually. Forgot to note that :)

    I just ran a test game and the fix does indeed work, you just need to be in the Medieval Era first. :)

    Although I do notice it's using the wrong text key for the Open Borders indicator...will have to fix. Minor issue, though.

    Hm, I was careful to test after having researched Chivalry, and I did get the "Vassalage enabled" notification. Will try another test...

    I think the problem might have been that I did too many "moves" in the same turn. I used IGE to have a civ declare war on me, capture another civs capital, spawn in units for myself AND liberate the capital all in the same turn. Doing this, my third test yielded the same result:

    However, then I let the occupier recapture Warsaw, and waited a turn before I tried to liberate it again, and voila:

    So I guess it is fixed after all? Not sure if this debugging is valuable to you.
