New pack not working

Civ6 works fine. I bought the new pack have the receipt. Steams shows it's in my library but I cant enable it. What am I missing.

Logs being? Sorry somewhat computer illiterate.

You can find your logs in a location like this: C:\Users\charrison\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI

You should see a Logs folder there. Right click on it, select "Send To" and then "Compressed (zipped) folder." Then attach that zipped folder to your post. Thanks!
