New Patch - Deleting Buildings

You definitive can, as I've done it...
Ofcause, you can only sell one building a turn. If it is a low-pop town, it might be razed, before you can sell every building.

Erratum:
Well... at least, I was sure, I've done it. I tried to verify it in my actual game, and it did not work. There was just a bib left in the occupied city and I was unable to sell it.
So, maybe you need more then one building to sell them - or I was missing something, doing it last time. Maybe it was a bug. Or maybe I just remember wrong...
