New patch shows label abnormalities

The new patch has added the stuff but I'm getting odd labeling abnormalities.
If I click on the tech web the labeling appears normal until I reach the new addition for the aquatic at the bottom of the list:

Units
Orbital
TXT_KEY_TECHWEB_FILTER_AQUATIC

AND

Under "help" search for for Covert Ops "Black Market "

it is showing
TXT_KEYBLACK_MARKET_HEADING1_BODY
while the rest of the items in the list display, both above and below the problem text display normally.

I deleted the LUA and XLM folders in both the expansion and the original game folders,
deleted the cache in the game folder
let the game reacquire the files and the problem persists.

After unchecking and rechecking the DLC in Steam, it re-downloaded 1+ gigs which corrected the issue.

My guess would be that they simply forgot to add text for these entries (or that existing text isn't referenced correctly). Not the only ones, though. I am pretty sure I have seen a handful of other missing text keys in the unpatched release version as well.

Hm, nope, did some checking - everything is fine here. If you need it fixed badly you have to do it manually.

In addition, the tool tip for the Gift Economy virtue under prosperity still references land and sea based trade routes.
