The only open spot is the Independent Nations, and Exile has suggested the AI keep them. A case has been made that they are so difficult to play that they could be played fairly by a human, but I don't know if that will hold up for the others. We'll see.

I'm all for restarting now.

Personally, I don't think that the neutrals should have a human player - from memory, Exile deliberetly set things up so that the Neutrals were unplayable, and as a result they can't build most units.

No, you're mixing him up with Slowthinker. He was banned at the blacklist thread for several reasons and happened to have the same avatar as Mordhiem. However I do remember Mordhiem from somewhere. I know he played the japs in some 2194 thread and did a few other games too, but just vaguely.

Ah, now I remember, he couldn't get lazyciv working a while back. So it makes sense that he can play now; lazyciv 3 has come out since then so he can use the far superior cut and paste functions.
