Notes
I didn't fancy our chances against Carthage without a signicant military buildup. Then, halfway through my turn I thought "Why not build a Spaceship?"

So that's what I started to do. I switched most builds to research/commerce/culture.
Spaceflight is due in 3 turns.
I have Workers roading every possible working tile. There are still a few on automove that I didn't manage to catch during my turns.
