New Small Wonder Suggestion

Forgive me if someone else has suggested something similar, but I think that a Supreme Court Small Wonder would be great in Civ 3. You could make it like Battlefield Medicine or Wall Street - require the civ to build at least 5 courts, and then they can build the Supreme Court. The benefit - cut corruption in half! Corruption just seems to be ridiculous in this game.

I don't know if I would do it this way, but the corruption is indeed a big problem.

Anything to help corruption is welcome, in my book, especially for huge maps.

Open editor, set all buildings to reduce corruption. It does wonders. I don't personally consider editing game to be cheating, I just do it to increase playability.
