New Unit: Germanic Spearman

[Kinboat]

Basicly an alternate animation for the European Civilizations, to replace the spearman. I called it Germanic because 'Early European Spearman' was too long and 'European Spearman' was already used by UtahJazz's excellent unit.

I realize he looks a little big but he really is only as tall as the in-game Warrior and he looks bigger because of his bulky fur cloak.
