i don,t ever remember seeing this in any of the fallout games. was it an easter egg of some sort?

i ripped it from fallout BOS by extracting the animated gifs out of the sprite files and converted them.

yep looks like an easter egg, but don´t know how to activate it
or maybe it was formerly the charakter but had been cancelled by the programmers because he looks so damn mad

As far as I remember it's from one of those special encounters from Fallout BOS, he's not normally availeble but you can get him into your team at this encounter

i just may have to install BOS and see i can,t find this little bugger in the special encounter.

IMHO, FO2 was the best of the series. just waiting for FO3 now.... and waiting.... and waiting.... and waiting....

I dont know if you knew this or not, but some guy on these forums got quite alot of work done on a fallout mod.

He had some pretty neat terrain graphics, and advisors.

actually, i have that. but i like my lady advisors much better

i wonder if it,s possible to rip the npcs for animated leaderheads?
