New Unit: Rolf Krake (sail version)

This is a request by TopGun69, who got really lucky with it, because he's getting two versions! Bjornlo is doing the non-sail version, which is looking uber.

Anyways, this is basically a Danish UU (with sails) to replace their ironclads. Coincidentally, the Rolf Krake has almost identical hull dimensions compared to the regular Civ ironclad (which is the USS Monitor)
