NEW UNIT: WWI French Trench Infantry

Finally the Grenadiers and Doughboys of the Good old Days have a counterpart:

The WWI 3rd French Republic Trench Infantry

v.1.3.2

Perfectly ueable as a French Replacement of the Firaxis "Infantry", Grenadier and "Kaiserjäger" in game mods. In a scenario, this unit may be used for French or Tzech units in the late WWI time (for Tzechoslovakia even until WWII times). If need be, it may also be used as a late WWI Italian Infantry unit.

my dear impatient religious (civ-)fanatic,

had U asked nicely I would have told U where you can find this unit on CFC as well, as it has already been residing here for some hours- but sorry- I'm sure U'll find it on your own (if done quickly its not too hard to find anyway)- too bad that this topic seems to be the only thing that some people come to this forum for.

If you don't want it don't download it- I just thought some people would like to have it- as far as I am concerned I do not really feel compelled to swearing "loyalties" to any of what you may call "Sects". If you have issues concerning posts, threads or other CFC members I can merely advice you to send the moderators a private message.

Moderator Action: W.i.n.t.e.r, please provide your modpack on CFC too. In order for people to download that mod, they have to sign up AT CDG. It's nothing more than a sly attempt to disguise an advertisement thread. "I've got this mod, but you have to sign up and join MY site in order to get it".

I am concerned that CDG which I regard as an elitist
and snobbish sect misuse the very open and friendly
attitude of CFC that has 43 000 members for their
own miserable interest. CDG = 2 500 members.

Several of my relatives was murdered in Bergen-Belsen
and Sachsenhausen.

The German people has my respect.

Maybe the unit should look better if you add a shadow. If you can't get the transparencies in the right way, just create a plain grey one, that would do the trick

Silence! As Rocoteh says this is indeed a shrewd way to advertize a site that specializes in WW2... specifically Nazi units. As it says in the rules:

It is a just thing to do. Links in sigs would be removed as well according to the rules of the forum as it still is self-promoting self-profit interests of CDG as you have to be a member to download. This is my solution.

PS - W.i.n.t.e.r, Understand this is nothing personal at all against you. If you were to put this on CFC, I would download it and use it for my WWI scenario.

I would suggest you stop posting NOW. Your comments are nothing more then trolling. It also seems more like an attempt to start a site war against CDG. Which no one wants. Oh yeah CDG is not "elitist and snobbish" many of it's senior staff post and joke around with posters all the time and Recon1591 is defintly not a snob.(no offense to the CFC staff of course) I promise you that it is not a sect. It also does not try to compete with CFC. So please keep your comments to yourself.

This site also has as you put it "nazi units". Also the TRT team is only a small part of CDG. I know for a fact that the site does not specializes in WW2, I have seen a lot of Swedish units of there, Modern American units, aaglo has posted his warhammer mod units there also, Thorgrimm has his WOTW scen. there (thats Sci fi BTW). WW2 is a small part of the site. One forum over there specializes in WW2 units, there are many other forums over there that have nothing to do with WW2. As to this thread had you bothered to read the rest you would see the unit is on this site.
