New Wonder: SS Training Camp

Again, something I made for The Missing Links 3.
The idea was to make the Waffen SS unit available to Fascist governments only. In my mod, this is a small wonder (Fascism-specific) that will pop out a Waffen SS every 5 turns.
Of course, you could use it for some other kind of training camp, barracks etc. (well, maybe not the splash... ).

Hmm, interesting- looks like the former SS barracks in Munich- it's for sale now (at least partly, as the German Army is downsizing) if anybody is looking for cheap property

Create a no-era, untradable tech with a building 'Being German'. Give this tech to Germany and set this wonder to require 'Being German' to be build.
