Civilization VI - Game of the Month 73

Welcome to the 73rd game in the 6OTM Series! These games will allow new and old GOTM fans to try out the new features in Civ6 in a friendly environment. Participants are encouraged to post questions, stories, advice, tricks and failures in the dedicated game threads (described below). Each game will specify the Civ you will play and the Victory Condition to strive for. We will be working to refine the 6otM concept as we move ahead with the series. Gifting of cities is an exploit in a religious VC as the AI cant see that it will lose if it accepts the cities.

So no MoH available this game? Looks like settle in place, send warrior north before looping around to west and south into tundra to fight barbs. Build scout and then another warrior if barbs already popping up or a slinger if they haven't. Get Citrus for growth and build at least two settlers next. Research sailing fairly early and get a bireme out for era points and to explore. Settle 2nd or 3rd city on coast near sea resources to get the harbor eureka.

Looks like an interesting start, will settle in place - plenty of good growth tiles around.

Looks like fun! Great growth opportunity with +50% settler ... combine with other settler boosts and explode. Interesting 100% loyalty (on same continent) allows aggressive city placement to provoke some strategic wars with minimal war mongering. That's the plan ... harbors for lots of internal trade routes and naval .. max out on cities, population, districts, own the seas militarily. Find key culture competition and lure them into a war ... pillage them back into the Stone Age. Or not ... we'll see. Thanks as usual to the GOTM staff for creating interesting and challenging scenarios.
