C-IV GOTM 75 Results:
In order to not keep you guys waiting, I am publishing the results from Jesusin's epic arabian game.
This was a long game, but it fitted with the Diamond anniversary of Vanilla GOTM.
We don't play Large maps often, and this was only the second Marathon game ever, across all 3 variants.
The trio of Cactus Pete, Jovan Kucic and -Asterix- took out the laurels, with some impressive scoring. Jovan also grabbed the fastest domination, which seemed to be the VC of choice for most.
The fastest finishers all managed impressive dates, 18th century space, almost 14th century culture, 13th century diplo and a BC conquest. Well played all.
My consolations go out to..... me.
As I came fourth, despite taking the challenger save, and waiting 300 years to pop 1 more tile to trigger domination. Yes, I know, boo hoo.
