Jovan Kucic and Cactus Pete have resumed their battle for the Vanilla gold, with Jovan Kucic winning this edition. htadus has continued his run of good form to pick up the bronze. shulec and Dhoomstriker also had very competitive games just missing out on bronze.

The biggest surprise to me was the lack of a conquest victory, with only 4 AI, on a land bound small map, with Praetorians!

Congratulations to all the winners and all that submitted :goodjob:

Congratz guys. I thought I had a chance at a medal. I guess I am just racking up cheese awards like the cow (I am on my third or fourth.) Too much milking and not enough killing!

Congrats to winners. I am happy with my attempt toward the medals. I used building whipping to this game and will need to unit whip for next.

Great idea to encourage mongering with Preats neilmeister and thank you for the game.

    Here's where everyone settled.

    The Small Print:
The numbers by each player's name indicate the turn settled on (starting turn is 0). Players are colour coded by game class (challenger=red, adventurer=blue). Symbols indicate victory condition, if there's no symbol then the player either retired or was defeated. The yellow border indicates the land that was visible at the start of the game.

But we were quite close, as usually :)
On hub maps, mounted units make conquering faster. Other units need much more time to travel around the hub.

"But we were quite close," Not really -- 250 years is a lot of turns. I used horses and knights too, but obviously not nearly as well.

Will try to make it tougher on you in 84.
