Then would you agree with a saying about our current justice system that "the whole world goes to jail"?

I don't see how any kind of justice system with predefined punishment vectors makes the world blind in either a literal or metaphorical sense. You could likewise say that our current justice system is blind because we have well-defined punishment and rehabilitation verdicts for various crimes.

Hell no. There are many worse criminals putting the there, and doing the guarding.Do only criminals go to jail?
Nope, that's if a 13 year old girl is raped, and has the temerity to mention it. Vile adultress.I thought that, under Sharia Law, if a woman spurns a man's marriage proposal, the woman would be stoned to death?
Huh...

Well, the Iranian government has always been soft on crime. Maybe if some evidence were found that she was homosexual... But no, wait, Iran doesn't have any of those.I still say they should've stoned her, if they wanted true justice.
"A guy, robbed, stabbed and severely beaten lies down on a street in a pool of his own blood and moans quietly. A social worker passes by, takes a shocked look at the man and finally mutters to himself: "Now, whoever did this really needs serious help..."

It was never about "predefined punishment". It was about a punishment in which the punishment was equal to the crime, as opposed to being proportionate to the crime. It's barbaric and unjust.
In this case, if A is equal to B, it is also proportionate to B.

So, "throwing acid into face" is not proportional to "throwing acid into face"?
How come?
Two wrongs do not make a right.Because it is essentially nothing more than saying "two wrongs make a right"
