Next Community Feature - What do we want?

I was hoping for one or two more updates from Greg before the weekend (there is really only a few weeks left once next week starts before the game hits NA, after all).

Maybe if we got a discussion on some possible topics going, we could then formulate a poll out of them and then he could see what we are (as a collective community) the most interested in seeing?

Some topics I'd like to see as Community features:
-Diplomacy overview (complete with screens and examples)
-AI overview (again with some examples or videos)
-The next Podcast (which I believe covers AI, now that I think on it)

I'm sure we could come up with 6-10 great topics we all hope will get covered!

So far we've got these additions:
-Modding
-Multiplayer
-UU and UB Info
-DLC Info (Specifics)
-Leader Vids
-Social Policies

... Modding. I don't even mod but seriously enough is enough this is what has made ciV last as long as it did. I mean seriously this game series would have died out a long time ago if it wasn't for modders putting a million and one different spins on the game.

I beleive it has already been stated that the next one will be about modding, and I'm hoping a MP one is not far after.

Even if someone does that, it can't happen until the 21st or they would be violating their NDA if they were a beta tester. Sulla's walk threw for Civ4 was published on or shortly after release day.

--how much will it cost?
--What civs are planned so far?
--Will there be DLC for anything besides civs? Wonder/building packs, etc.?
--Will Babylon eventually be available as stand alone DLC?
--Will there be xpacs in the future or have they moves to an all DLC model?
--Will DLC civs be available in MP?

I'm pretty sure it was the week before, or two weeks before. I was reading it while waiting for the game to come out.

I would say a clarification about SPs and how they work would be nice, but then, we know quite much about them already. Diplomacy would also be very interesting.

Back when he did the worker improvement thing, Greg said GPs and their improvements are for another feature, so this might come as well.

This. It's long overdue. I don't think the AI is a good topic for a CF. It's too easy to make it look good with hand-picked examples. We'll have to wait for the demo (or the actual game for those of us feeling lucky).

2K hasnt given us anything recently. And wasnt there supposed to be 11 podcasts pre-release? I guess anything they say comes before release, we can expect the day OF release(jab at demo release)...so expect an overload of info on the 21st.

Well, I have diplomacy already, and there are shots of low quality (and high of course) floating around. I think I've already got DLC there too, but I'll make an entry for the leader vids - those are definately over due!

Ahh. I didnt know we were making an actual list, sorry for the repeat then. And I have found one low end pic, and thats it. Im pretty sure I can run the game, I just want to know what it will look like since I will be playing low settings

Yeah, I've been updating the original post as I come accross the ones that I see in here. I'll make a poll tomorrow so everyone can start voting, then Greg (when he returns from the Labor Day weekend) can see what the community is MOST excited about seeing, which will hopefully help him move things along..
