Explanation:
The idea behind this game is that our country has a very short term of office. Each person only gets 5 turns, shortened further to 3 turns after 1000 AD, on their set. The goal is to win by diplomatic victory. I will take 20 turns on the first set to get us a running start

Rules:
1: Don't be a dick.
2: You have 72 hours to take your turn before it's passed on to the next player.
3: As explained before, you are to take 5 turns on your set or 3 turns after 1000 AD.
4: You may not use nukes unless you've been nuked first. Why? We're going for a diplomatic victory, and nobody likes an warmonger.

Game Setup:
Map Type: Inland Sea
Map Size: Huge
Climate: Rocky
Sealevel: Medium
Civilization: Rome
Leader: Julius Caesar
Difficulty: Prince
Game Speed: Normal

Roster:
1: randyrules
2: Almighty Z
3-?: Open
