Next turn CTD

I have 206 hours in this game according to steam without a single crash till today. Its on turn 177 of a single player immortal game and no matter what I do I cant get past this turn.

My game always crash at the end of 2nd turn, reinstalling the game and microsoft visuals doesnt work. this is after the patch.
