This is needed for the 19th century mod, but will be handy for others as well.
Static flag leaderheads are great, but animated ones are even better. Could one of you great graphic artists please whip up a model and animation for a gently billowing flag leaderhead? It should be "centered" in on the central third of the flag (for the coat-of-arms, etc), rather than the sides of the flag. I'm envisioning something billowing like the flag leaderheads in the Civ 3 Napoleonic Conquest (except animated).
This could then be easily skinned to make bunches of great looking, formerly static flag leaderheads. Thanks so much
