Nifswap

What are these boxes that appear in vanilla game leaderheads? Also, could someone experienced nifswap and check these for me? I tried to nifswap them, but it ends up showing only parts of the LH, then crashes the game.

The first one is Charlie88's Haakon IV (with full credit to him), just with a few changes.
The other one is a Jan de Witt, this one I tried making myself.

Try to remove all the "NiSkinPartition" in the "NiSkinInstance" of the meshes. These only work if you are using "NiTriShape" meshes instead of "NiTriStrips" ones.
