Nintendo Switch Can’t play dlc. Any help thank you!

Hello everyone, I’m a long time lurker, I check threads once a week. I hope everyone is doing well! I’ve normally played civ on computer, but my computer needs repairs, and also to be with the family, I bought civ 6 for the switch. I got the maya + Gran Columbia dlc today and now I can’t load any games. I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues. Thank you so much have a great day
