ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW TO TURN OFF BARBARIANS COMPLETELY, AS IN NO BARBARIANS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Why is ticking 'no barbarians' (and 'no random events', maybe? I am not sure if the barbarian uprising events can be triggered while 'no barbarians' is on) in the custom game settings not sufficient?

And why do you talk in all caps? I would advise you to not do that.

SINGLE PLAYER > CUSTOM GAME > BARBARIANS OFF AND RANDOM EVENTS OFF. YOU MIGHT WANT TO EXPERIMENT TO SEE IF BARBARIANS WILL SPAWN WITH RANDOM EVENTS ON BUT BARBARIANS OFF IN THE EVENT YOU LIKE GETTING SUCKER-PUNCHED BY THE RANDOM EVENTS DURING GAMEPLAY AT HIGHER LEVELS LIKE ME.
