I'm playing my first game with the Fall patch and I don't have a city bar for my city? I can click on the city and I get the info panel in the bottom corner which gives me details, but nothing on the normal map.
Anyone else getting this? Ideas how to fix?
BTW, this is with NO mods, but all DLC.
