No city names visible

When I play vanilla game everything is fine. But when I try to use mods, for example TAC (The Authentic Colonization) mod, city names, as well as description of profession in which native village trarains, become invisible. As can be seen on a picture below. Is there a way to solve this problem?

That is actually easy to solve:

Do not use the /Mods directory in the User Directory (i.e. "Documents") if your user name has non-Latin special characters.
Alternatively find the "Install Directory" of the game (i.e. where the exe is located) create a directory /Mods there and put the mod you play in it

In 9 out of 10 cases the /Mods directory in install directory is the better alternative.
(It is also better considering e.g. performance normally.)
