No in-game music or speech

I still get no in-game music or speech, or rather their sound level seems stuck at 5 or 10%.

Intro music & speech, as well as in-game sound effects and ambience, are fine. In vanilla, the intro was silent as well.

I've never had a reply to this complaint.
